after school David and Kelly rush into the house and begin telling me all about their days.
They try to talk louder than each other to be heard rather than waiting their turn.
I just laugh and try to decipher as much as possible.
It's fun to hear about their daily adventures.
But Danny is always missing.
He's still outside.
Playing kendama with the next door neighbor.
Eventually, he makes his way inside and I get to hear all about his adventures as well.
But he makes me wait.
It's okay,
because it's always worth the wait.
